1. Who we are
The Sent Co., LLC is a faith-based apparel and gift company based in Michigan. Our mission is to put the Gospel on the streets through products that start conversations. Faith you wear. Good News you share. When we say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean The Sent Co., LLC. When we say “you,” we mean anyone who visits our website or places an order.

2. Agreeing to these terms
By using thesentco.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Shipping Policy, our Return & Refund Policy, and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our site.

3. Our store platform
Our online store is hosted on Shopify. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments and other payment options shown at checkout, such as PayPal. We never see or store your full card number. Your payment information is also covered by the terms and privacy policies of those payment providers.

4. How our products are made
Every item is made to order just for you, so we never waste inventory. Our products are printed, embroidered, and shipped by our production partner Printify and the print providers in its network. We may add or change production partners at any time.

5. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. We currently ship within the United States only.

6. Product details and colors
We do our best to show our products accurately. Colors can look different on different screens, and because each item is made individually, print placement and color may vary slightly from the photos. These small differences are not considered defects.

7. Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping costs are shown at checkout. Prices may change at any time. If an item is listed at the wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

8. Orders
Your order confirmation email means we received your order. We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel, we’ll refund you in full.

9. Shipping
Most orders arrive within 14 business days. Embroidered items can take up to 21 business days. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

10. Returns, refunds, and cancellations
Because every item is made just for you, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color selection, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. Orders can only be cancelled or changed within 1 hour of being placed. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

11. Your shipping address
You are responsible for entering a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

12. Our giving commitment
We give 10% of our gross profit back. Of that, 7% goes to ministries and projects such as churches, homeless ministries, and housing projects, and 3% goes directly to individuals and families in need in our community. We give every six months and choose recipients at our own discretion. Giving amounts depend on sales and will vary. Your purchase is not a charitable donation and is not tax deductible.

13. Our designs
All designs, artwork, logos, text, and images on this site belong to The Sent Co., LLC unless noted otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell our designs without our written permission. Scripture quotations remain the property of their publishers.

14. Using our website
Please use our site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we didn’t intend.

15. Reviews and messages you send
If you leave a review, send a photo, or share feedback, you allow us to use it on our website and social media. We may remove any content that is offensive, false, or inappropriate.

16. Third party links and services
Our site may link to other websites or use services from other companies, such as Shopify and Printify. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

17. Disclaimer
Our website and products are provided as is. We don’t promise the site will always be available or error free.

18. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

19. Your responsibility
You agree to hold The Sent Co., LLC harmless from claims that come from your misuse of our site or your violation of these terms.

20. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

21. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use our site means you accept the updated terms.
